Our returns policy lasts for 14 days from delivery and signed acceptance of your item.
Please ensure you check items before accepting delivery. Once you have signed for your item then this is accepting the item in the condition that it was received.
If 14 days have lapsed after your purchase has been delivered and signed for, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange unless in exceptional circumstances agreed by us.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please do not assemble or modify the product in any way or dispose of the packaging unfortunately in these cases we cannot except returns.
The parcel and the contents are your responsibility until they are received back to us, therefore we recommend you use a registered, insured postal service and retain proof of purchase. We are not responsible for returned goods being lost or damaged in transit.
All shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

The few exceptions that cannot be returned include:
- Clearance Items
- Gift Certificates
- Personalized Items
- Items Marked “Non-Returnable” (clearly indicated on the sale page before placing your order)
- Made to Order Items.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied via the original method of payment.
Alternatively, If for any reason your item arrives damaged you may request replacement parts from us or an exchange.
